- A valid Illinois Professional Educator License elementary (K-9) or early childhood (Age 0 - Grade 3) and an endorsement on the educator license for a bilingual Spanish program OR a Transitional Bilingual license endorsed in the Spanish language.Candidate must speak Spanish
