This highly regarded international school in the capital city of China is looking for a qualified and experienced, highly effective and dynamic Primary EAL Teacher to join an excellent team of EAL teachers. The successful candidate will deliver EAL to Junior School students (KS2). Applicants with classroom teacher experience in addition to EAL qualifications are preferred. Applicants must have a first degree in a relevant subject area, a teaching qualification (ideally a Masters as well) and at least 3 years relevant post qualification teaching with the age group and subject applying for to gain an expert certificate for visa approval. The school offer the English National Curriculum to Year 9 and then IGCSE and IB Diploma and are looking for teachers with this experience. Experience of the use of educational ICT to assist with learning and previous international teaching experience is an advantage. This is a high achieving school with an excellent global reputation and they are looking for committed teachers who have worked in a high achieving environment before.
