Job Description

The Program Support Specialist is responsible for intake and eligibility processes for families served by the child care program. Performs re-assessments, collects documentation, inputs information into database, processes payments and follows up with collections, when necessary. Ideal candidate would be customer service oriented, able to manage time to accomplish daily tasks, comfortable working with technology, able to handle office duties, have the ability to work in a very fast paced environment and have excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience in child care industry preferred.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
- Experience with EZ-Care and CCFA a PLUS
- Familiar with office work systems
- Proficient with computer applications and office equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with families, employees and the public.
- Must be well organized and detail oriented.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
