The IT Project Manager with project based needs with the IT department. They will Direct and manage project development from beginning to end by developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. They will also define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope,identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a technical or business field; required.
• Minimum 5 years of analytical skills and requirements gathering related to application development and business intelligence projects.
