Tutors must be able to facilitate learning and collaboration in small group settings. Students are working towards understanding content using inquiry methods. After training has been provided, tutors will apply what they have learned about AVID and AVID strategies into the group settings. Teachers will provide more detailed classroom expectations at the time you report to work.
