The Marketing Manager will participate in the development and execution of the acquisition marketing programs to generate enrollments for the company supported lines of business. This position is part of a high-performance team leveraging offline and digital channels to drive customer acquisition through direct response.

AS A Marketing Manager, YOU WILL..
  • Works with agencies to develop and implement niche and local marketing campaigns and sponsorships (includes digital and offline tactics).
  • Plans and executes acquisition email channel including strategy, list selection, unsubscribe process, creative development and testing.
  • Team lead to service FTS clients requesting agency media plans for select schools.
  • Monitors, reports and analyzes campaign performance against target KPIs and ROI and identifies actionable insights to improve media effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Creates and delivers presentations on assigned media plans and performance results.
  • Manages budget and reconciliations of planned vs. actual spend for assigned media.
  • Develops and executes test plans to optimize media performance and conversions.
  • Supports creative development for assigned media channels, consistent with industry best practices and insights from campaign performance.
  • Monitors and identifies opportunities to overcome competition
  • Works with multiple business and product owners, creative teams, and operational groups to optimize digital and offline acquisition initiatives.
  • Works with external media agencies and vendor partners to facilitate execution of media and programs

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field AND
  • Five (5) years working experience in marketing AND
  • Two (2) years of experience managing and implementing paid media OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
OTHER REQUIRED Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing the development and execution of digital and offline marketing acquisition campaigns
  • Strong organization skills with great attention to detail and proactive approach
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritize high volume workload in fast-paced environment
  • Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Good working knowledge of Excel with ability to build reports and manipulate the data for analysis and budget management
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Web proficiency)
  • Ability to pass required background check
  • DESIRED Qualifications:
  • Agency and/or account management experience working as liaison across inter-company departments with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices to deliver cost improvements and ROI
  • Demonstrated analytics skills and data-driven thinking to develop insights into campaign performance and optimization
  • Demonstrated budget management skills
  • Creative development experience for digital and print media
  • Experience in the education space driving lead generation
