Qualifications:
Postgraduate Professional License with teaching endorsement(s) appropriate to assignment (endorsement in administration and supervision preK-12 preferred), plus six years of progressive experience in administration and supervision, and/or teaching, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Can demonstrate knowledge of philosophy, goals, procedures, organization, and the professional specialties of the program to which assigned; familiarity with applicable regulations, legislations, and policies; knowledge of public education organization and administrative requirements in specialty; ability to manage and coordinate programs, supervise, and evaluate personnel; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
