    Staff Needed: Seventeen (17) Part-time Chronic Absenteeism Specialists
    Qualifications:
    • Hold High School Diploma or GED (College degree, preferred)
    • Have experience working with youth in a multicultural/urban environment.
    • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams, coordinate events, work effectively with keen attention to detail, and manage projects independently.
    • Demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
    • Bilingual, preferred.
    • Demonstrate skills in maintaining case folders on each student, writing, and editing reports.
    • Demonstrate the ability to use computers and/or electronic equipment to fulfill job functions.
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to relate well with culturally diverse stakeholders including staff, students, parents and community partners.
    • Hold and maintain a valid driver's license with no serious violations.
    • Exhibit integrity and demonstrate good moral character.

    Salary: $17/hr
