Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and teaching qualification such as a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Masters in Education or Bachelors of Education. Our jobs are not teaching English as a Foreign Language, and a TEFL certificate alone is not sufficient teacher training.

 

The school was founded in 2016 and provides bilingual education for children from kindergarten to Grade 9. The school educates students holding foreign passports utilizing progressive Chinese and Western inquiry-based educational methods. The school is looking for candidates who are Native English speakers, with the ability to communicate well. 

 

Holders of TOEFL Certification and Chinese language ability a plus. Candidates must have at least 2 years teaching experience and be able to demonstrate the following:

- Early Childhood/Elementary teaching certification

- Enthusiastic and outgoing nature

- Ability to embrace a team teaching concept

- Ability to work in a team

- Enthusiasm for new cultures and experiences

- Creative problem solving skills

- Flexible and adaptable

• Guide students academically, socially, physically, and emotionally in a manner that fosters the overall development and well-being of each individual.

• Establish a strong and mutually supportive relationship with his/her Chinese co-teacher to form an effective teaching team.

• The teacher’s goal is to create a stimulating and inspiring learning environment in which the child becomes a proactive learner.

• The teacher shall maintain a positive and caring environment, to provide sensitive support to each child and to challenge each child to reach his/her fullest potential in each developmental area.
