Staff Needed: One (1) Coordinator of Performance Evaluation
Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or related field from an accredited college or university (preferred); Applicants who do not possess required education may be substitute related experience as indicated.
• Have experience in school district operations.
• Demonstrate excellent integrity, good moral character, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information and assignments.
• Have knowledge of Achieve NJ and Teach NJ and new Principal/Teacher Evaluation Systems that integrate student achievement.
• Able to utilize online data collection tools to produce reports, store data for future use and aggregate data as needed.
• Have the ability to retrieve information from employee system, student information system, assessment software, and integrate for reporting purposes.

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
