Substitute Rates are as followed:
$100 per day- NYS Certified Teachers
$85 per day- Non certified substitutes- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or be actively enrolled in a Teacher Preparation Program.
Seeking substitute teachers for all content areas and special education. Applicants MUST upload resume and cover letter.
Candidates will be contacted by email to set up an interview. Interviews usually take place the first half of each month (beginning August), with Board of Education approval twice per month.
This posting is open to those who meet any ONE of the three criteria below:
1) Currently certified to teach (NYS or another State)
2) Actively pursuing a teacher certificate
3) Candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree (any area)
Candidates who have applied and/or interviewed for a general substitute position in the past need not apply.
