SCHOOL BOOKKEEPER I

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Assumes responsibility for preparing and maintaining all financial aspects of school activity accounts. Serves as a receiving and purchasing agent. Prepares reports as required by federal, state and local law.

Job Description
Salary Schedule IA Grade 4
Starting Salary Range: $23,304.40 - $23,631.58
Working Calendar: 205 Days/ 8.0 Hours

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or G.E.D
2. Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
3. Good mathematical ability
4. Typing skills
