    ACADEMIC INTERVENTIONIST
    REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal teacher candidate will have a proven track record and/or demonstrated capacity for:

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Global Studies
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Certification/License: Elementary (013, 001, 002, 004, or 005); Master's degree preferred
    • Reading and tutoring experience preferred

    School Principal

    TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT AND WORK SCHEDULE:
    • Employees of Bridgeport Public Schools
    • Ten month work year, plus additional professional development days before the start of the school year and after the end of the school year
    • Extended Time Schedule, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. daily
    • Opportunities for Saturday and Summer enrichment programs
    • The teacher work schedule includes attendance at professional development, open houses, parent conferences, and staff meetings as needed
