Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
Essential Functions and Objectives:
The Lead Instructional Superintendent (Network 3) for the Elementary Education Department is responsible for supervising, evaluating and supporting Principals and others to become instructional leaders through the implementation of the strategic plan. Collaborates with principals, building resource teachers, classroom teachers and members of learning services regarding practices in curriculum, instruction and assessment. Knowledge, Experience, & Other Qualifications: Must possess a Colorado Administrator's license. A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a building Principal or in education leadership in a comparable role. Strong knowledge of pedagogy, data analysis, strategies for teaching English Language Learners, and management skills.
