Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school, plus four years of progressive experience with the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Can demonstrate knowledge of HVAC operating systems equipment, tools, and procedures used in operation, maintenance, and repair; mechanical ability; ability to inspect, diagnose problems, and make repairs or requests appropriate mechanics to perform the repairs; ability to maintain logs and write reports; strength and dexterity necessary to perform all required tasks, including lifting, stooping, bending, working in tiring uncomfortable positions, and from ladders, scaffold, on roofs, etc. Valid driver's license with a good dirving record.
