Triangle Associates and Heads Up Educational Leadership are pleased to announce the search for the next principal (head of school) at Lake Country School in Minneapolis, MN. Lake Country School is an independent, authentic Montessori school in Minneapolis, MN, that serves children from early childhood through adolescence with both an urban campus and rural organic farm with an environmental field station. Located in a dynamic, diverse city, LCS has long been a leader in AMI Montessori education and seeks a next principal (what LCS calls its head of school) to build on that legacy of success.

LCS, with enrollment of more than 300 students, is a private PS-8, school guided by the principles and pedagogy of Dr. Maria Montessori and further enriched by the work of others in the fields of education and human development. LCS combines an urban campus in diverse, dynamic Minneapolis with a rural site in Wisconsin including a farmstead, forests, fields, ravines, and ponds.
