The Recruiting Coordinator

Are you a recent grad looking for a great opportunity in recruiting? Do you have a passion for projects and consider yourself an expert in detail?

The Recruiting Coordinator will manage the recruitment sourcing process for assigned Divisions/Recruiter. This role is also responsible for:
  • Create and maintain reporting through the DIT tool in the ATS and other sources as needed to provide accurate data and reports for recruiting effectiveness and performance reporting
  • Develop and maintain expense tracking and reconciliation for recruitment expenses through Expensewire
  • Provide 2 nd level technical support for the ATS; provide training to the HR Hotline as needed to ensure they can provide 1 st level support as system updates are made (Hourly Recruiting Coordinators).
  • Conduct manual Background Checks as requested (education verification, employment verification, confirm candidate data with candidates, etc.)

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year HR experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience tracking and manipulating recruiting statistics and developing reports
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills with both internal and external customers
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills
