Description
The Learning Circle Leader will leverage the strength and firsthand experience of former learning coach or student experience with aim to increase quality of enrollees in school. The Learning Circle Leader receives inbound calls and makes outbound calls to qualified leads to generate student enrollment applications utilizing interpersonal and product knowledge skills with students and their parents or other responsible adults. Learning Circle Leaders are responsible for achieving quality assurance targets, client satisfaction, student retention and enrollment targets. The position will be responsible for consulting with families throughout the complete enrollment process from lead inception to student enrollment to student retention. Once student begins school Learning Circle Leader will continue in a role that is complimentary to the school by hosting face-to-face socials on a monthly basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
• Using a consultative approach, respond to inbound calls from prospective customers, sharing information with them about the available K12 school options;
• Utilize lead lists generated by demographic local to call prospective customers, sharing information with them about the available K12 school options;
• Develop relationships with parents as an educational advisor and consultant generating and building upon their interest in the Company's various educational products and services;
• Understand and is able to explain the differences between all K12 school offerings to potential customers;
• Discern the educational needs and desires of the student and parent/responsible adult and provide recommendations on which school solutions are best for their particular situation;
• Keep up-to-date with changes to schools and their enrollment policies and procedures and message these appropriately;
• Explain the placement and enrollment processes and next steps based on the specifics of the individual school;
• Enter all prospect and contact data on a timely basis with accuracy including detailed notes into the customer relationship management tool provided (Salesforce);
• Meet departmental levels for phone productivity, prospect contact goals, enrollment targets, withdrawal rates, call quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, attendance and schedule adherence.
• Maintain strong computer skills to effectively operate company systems and programs
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Former K12 learning coach or student experience

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Outstanding communication, multitasking and analytical skills
• Strong record of achievement in terms of performance to goals/key success metrics
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and negotiation
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
• Ability to pass required background check

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous call center/phone experience preferred.
