The Marketing Director supports the FuelEd Full-Time Schools (FTS) & Destinations Career Academy (DCA) lines of business and will be responsible for developing marketing plans to deliver on enrollment goals and working with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of marketing and enrollment support. Reporting to the VP of Acquisition Marketing, this position will direct the efforts of marketing tactics and enrollment support at the strategic and tactical levels for the FTS and DCA businesses in coordination with the marketing and enrollment organizations.

• Lead marketing strategy development for key FTS programs and Destinations schools/programs in partnership with LOB, marketing, and enrollment center stakeholders.
• Direct applicable LOB marketing budgets and work with key stakeholders on tactical execution.
• Work with the each LOB, external clients, and marketing analytics to set enrollment targets and manage performance to those targets.
• Serve as marketing lead representing FTS and DCA marketing between FuelEd, Destinations, and Managed Public School LOB's in communicating strategic objectives and developing opportunities to strengthen the delivery of marketing services in support of FTS and DCA.
• Define and oversee go-to-market plans: define and ensure value proposition, positioning, messaging, and channel execution are delivered to meet goals.
• Develop new marketing strategies and programs designed to drive new student enrollments and work with marketing stakeholders on execution.
• Communicate K12's and each LOB's value proposition and marketing strategies to external clients to gain alignment on marketing support provided.
• Responsible for performance management and making recommendations to key stakeholders on tactical shifts needed to address performance gaps.
• Act on behalf of each LOB as voice of the customer in cross-departmental projects at both the local and corporate level to ensure marketing and enrollment objectives are met.
• Manage the FTS Marketing Manager, who is responsible for developing and implementing enrollment and engagement activities as described by FuelEd agreements.
Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or relevant field AND
• Ten (10) years of marketing experience OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to coordinate internal stakeholders to execute on given objectives.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or concerns from internal or external customers or members of the business community.
• Experience working with marketing reports and analytics, and ability to understand and identify trends to ensure performance goals are met.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently manage quarterly budgets to meet growth objectives.
• Ability to support and contribute to cross-departmental projects at both the local and corporate level to ensure marketing and enrollment objectives are met.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to give oral, in-person and virtual presentations to small and larger groups of people describing the relevant K12 and FuelEd offerings.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,); Web proficiency.
