SUMMARY: The School Operations Support Specialist performs a wide variety of tasks that generally support school operations but which may, depending on the specific needs of the school, have varying areas of emphasis or specialization. Typical areas of focus may include, but are not limited to, compliance, enrollment, data reporting and/or student support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The below State ments are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities, duties and/or skills required; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. • Maintains student records information and performs data entry into K12 and third party databases; Helps create, implement and document processes that ensure student data validity in all systems; • Prepares various standard reports such as student enrollments/withdrawals and metrics; • Acts as liaison on a variety of communication issues including between the Company and districts, and between the school and third-party course providers; • May work with office and administrative staff to ensure the school is in compliance with and meets all audit requirements; • May support data and logistics of annual standardized testing; • Assists with a wide variety of teacher and personnel support issues.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma AND
• One (1) year of relevant work experience OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technology skills
• Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects
• Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
• Proficient in MS Excel, MSWord, and Outlook
• Ability to pass required background check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
