The Private Pay Enrollment Department PAL is focused on truly using sales consulting techniques to provide each family with the best fit based on the different products we offer. We offer 4 unique tuition based online schooling options at K12, thus each enrollment consultant must be well versed in understanding our product line to provide the proper fit based on the consultation with the client (family). We focus on the quality of every call as it's highly important that each family understands what it means to educate their children in an online environment. We are a high volume seasonal sales team with different options that we can provide throughout the year. This role may include variable hours (including nights up to 9P local) as our family base is located around the globe. There is a high volume and demand for our products, thus a prospective sales agent must be high energy and willing to take on challenges each and every day.

AS A PERSONAL ADMISSIONS LIAISON (PAL) YOU WILL . . .
  • Develop relationships with parents as an enrollment advisor and assists in collecting all required compliancy documentation
  • Understand and can explain the differences between all K12 school offerings to potential customers;
  • Keep up-to-date with changes to schools, their enrollment policies and procedures and messages these appropriately;
  • Explain the placement and enrollment processes and next steps based on the specifics of the individual school;
  • Complete Admissions Conferences with all applicants which includes verifying data and explaining school specific policies in detail
  • Record all communication and contact data on a timely basis with accuracy including detailed notes into the Customer Relationship Management tool provided (Total View Enrollment);
  • Meet departmental levels for phone productivity, applicant contact goals, enrollment targets, withdrawal rates, call quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, attendance and schedule adherence.
  • Maintain strong computer skills to effectively operate company systems and programs

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of one (1) year of retail sales, or customer service/support experience
  • Outstanding communication, multitasking and analytical skills
  • Strong record of achievement in terms of performance to goals/key success metrics
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and negotiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous call center/phone experience preferred
