Qualifications/Certifications:
PRIMARY FUNCTION
To see that the schools and division departments are provided with the necessary guidance, training, and oversight to ensure the best minor maintenance and custodial care.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or equivalent or special diploma required.
2. Post-Secondary Certification or Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
3. Minimum of five years' experience in the minor maintenance operation and housekeeping of large buildings and mechanical systems with three years' experience in a supervisory position inclusive of contract management.
4. Licensed in Lawn/Ornamental and Structural Pesticide Application by the State of Florida or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
5. Valid Florida Driver License.
