POSITION SUMMARY
The Hourly Event Planner will plan, coordinate and implement tasks associated with the district wide annual Back-to-School Bash as well as other special projects as assigned.

Salary Rate: Please note that this is a hourly position. The rate is $25/hour, not to exceed 50 hours per pay period
Work Days: Monday- Sunday as needed

- Develop event plan for key components in the Back to School Bash and other smaller special events
- Support volunteer coordination and implementation.
- Other event management related duties as required.
- Work with vendors and event site managers for planning and coordination.
- Perform basic administrative and communication functions.
- Provide general staffing support to ensure event success.
Requirements: EDUCATION:
- Bachelor?s Degree required
- Administrative support, event planning, presentations, communications and volunteer coordination
- Written and verbal communications, Microsoft Office, event planning and volunteer management software
Compensation: Salary Grade: Hourly
Salary Rate: Please note that this is a hourly position. The rate is $25/hour, not to exceed 50 hours per pay period
