Summary

EDtv, Wilmington's first and only educational television station is searching for an innovative storyteller to take our educational media to the next level. Empowered with creative freedom, you will invent unique and compelling content to elevate our product with businesses and consumers. Your work will be visible via social media, our website both internally and externally, press releases and more. The Associate Content Producer's calling will be to assist the Director of Programming and Operations with rapid-fire one-of-a-kind interest material on one hand and crafting premium educational type videos on the other. The hours of the position will vary based upon need and fluctuate throughout the year typically averaging up to 20 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Seasoned storyteller
• Proven understanding of studio equipment and techniques including cameras and lighting
• Exhibits strong camera abilities and creative editing
• Highly proficient in Adobe CC animation and editing software
• Able to self-direct work and product a final product from conceptual directions
• Strong videography portfolio
• Demonstrates excellent writing and verbal communications abilities

Desired Experience

• 3+years of videography and editorial work experience
