QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
2. Certified as a School Principal by the State of Florida.
3. Minimum of three (3) years successful teaching experience.
4. Valid Florida Drivers License.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to prepare and manage the school's budget; read, interpret and enforce State Board Rules and School Board policy; ability to enforce collective bargaining agreement; ability to use effective public relations skills; ability to analyze data; ability to use effective interview techniques, coaching procedures and evaluation procedures; ability to effectively use public speaking skills; ability to effectively use problem solving skills; knowledge of current educational trends and research; knowledge of Human Growth and Development; knowledge of group dynamics. Demonstrate written and oral communication skills; skills in personnel management, interaction and supervision techniques.
