Requirements are a valid Arkansas Teacher's License with certification #253 K-6 (or other appropriate grade level certification), Arkansas Highly Qualified Teacher status, successful completion of Teacher Excellence Support System professional development, and ability and willingness to use current and future technologies for instruction and support.
