Description
The High Five grade level teacher will teach current summer session curriculum. This will require following the High Five Literacy and Math Rich Schedule daily which includes: Sign-in, Large Group- Daily Message, Calendar Math and Repeated Read Aloud, Daily Tier 1 Small Groups (5 students will rotate each day to a new group), Active Learning/Choice Time for an hour minimum, Math/Science Lesson, eating breakfast and lunch with the children (your Duty Free lunch will be covered at another time in the day), Literacy and Math Rich Transitions, Early Childhood Workshop Model closure and developing social/emotional skills of all students. High Five Teachers are responsible for providing direction and being the Lead of a Team of staff in their classroom- 1 ESP and 1 Step-up Worker will be assigned to your room. Summer school teachers are asked to participate in summer school professional development on June 14th. Teaching days and hours are June 18-August 2, 2018, Mondays through Thursdays, 8:45AM-5:15PM.

Minimum Qualifications
Early Childhood/PreK teaching license is required.

Final candidates may be invited to interview with a committee. Final appointment to this position will be contingent upon passing a criminal background check.
