In a School Education Manager, we look for committed individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all School operations.   • Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
  • Be responsible for staying up-to-date on company program offerings and ensures school operates with the most up-to-date curriculum/program expectations.
  • Spark imagination, build self-esteem and help children discover new things each day.
  • Promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice in educational programs for the communities that we service.
  • Recruit, select and retain quality staff.

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements, including:

· Must meet state licensing requirements for education and experience (see licensing requirements below).
· Must meet all quality rating standards as it relates to education and experience as set forth by the state and accreditation agent.
· Must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Elementary or related field.
· Must have at least two (2) years of experience in an early childhood program with at least two (2) years as a lead teacher.

Licensing Requirements:
  • 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year experience in licensed childcare management
  • Current certification in infant, child, and adult CPR and first aid
  • One of the following:
    • CDA or one-year diploma in Child Development from a community college or technical school with three years licensed childcare experience OR
    • Associate's degree in ECE or CD with two years licensed childcare experience OR
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE or CD with one year licensed childcare experience
