Job Description:

Camelot Education, a leader in providing special education services, is seeking creative, dedicated, and compassionate individuals to join our team at our Belvidere, Illinois campus. This program serves students K-22 years with diverse learning needs, including those with SED/LD/BD. We are currently recruiting for Special Education Paraprofessionals.

Students are supported by a team of professionals that include School Administrators, Special Education Teachers and Paraprofessionals, Therapist and Related Services.

Special Education Paraprofessionals will work with an individual student providing academic and behavioral support in the classroom. Paraprofessionals work closely with the classroom teacher to ensure that individualized programs are being followed and progress towards IEP goals is met.

Experience and Skills:

Candidates must have:
* Associates degree or college credit equivalent
* Paraprofessional approval through Illinois School Board of Education
* Experience working in a school setting preferred
