Staff Needed: One (1) Leave Replacement Teacher Grades 5 & 6 Social Studies
Qualifications:
- Hold a New Jersey K-6 Certification. preferably with Middle School Social Studies, or Social Studies K-12.
- Experience working with elementary students.
- Ability to integrate the New Jersey Student Learning Standards
- Ability to motivate and work in teams to achieve academic expectations.
- Work collaboratively with school leaders, and school staff to collect, analyze and use data to continuously modify the instructional program.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of results-driven education to ensure that all students meet and exceed local and state expectations
- Provide a nurturing, supportive and positive classroom climate that encourages student's responsibility, using positive motivation, clear classroom routines and effective classroom management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
