Driver Education Program Teacher
All candidates for the posted position must possess New York State certification in the required grade/subject area. Specific questions about the announced opening should be directed to the W.T. Hoag Building/Program Administrator BEFORE submitting your letter of interest.
All positions are contingent upon enrollment, maintenance of enrollment and student attendance. If attendance rate drops during Summer School, staff requirements and needs will be adjusted accordingly. The expectation is that teachers will be present for all days. Lapses in attendance will be considered when hiring for future Summer School employment opportunities.
Dates and Times:
Classes start July 9, 2018 and continue through August 2, 2018. (August 3, 2018 - make-up date). Classes will run from 7:30a-3:20p.
Classes will run as follows:
Salary:
All employees will be required to use the electronic time keeping system each day in lieu of submitting time sheets to principals for payroll. Once employees receive and accept a summer school position, they must make an appointment to stop in the business office to be processed for the electronic time system if not already enrolled.

Salary:
- As per the LSCTA Contract @ $40.16 per hour
