Lake Forest High School is seeking an Accommodations Facilitator for the 2018 Summer School program.
Description: The Accommodations Facilitator works with classroom teachers to meet the needs of students with disabilities. The facilitator ensures that student IEPs are provided to all general education teachers and that these plans are followed. The facilitator works primarily with students enrolled in US History, in the classroom and in an alternative testing area, so a strong content background in this area is essential. Finally, the facilitator has the ability to communicate, and collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and parents.?
