What You Will Do:
• Ensure our quality curriculum standards are implemented
• Build a team of high performing ECE professionals
• Grow and promote your school with positive customer and community relations

What You Will Need:
• High school diploma or GED and one year of qualifying child care experience or
• Child Development Associate credential or a Child Development and Related Care Diploma or similar credential where the course of study includes an intensive practicum in child care as part of the curriculum and which is approved by the Department or
• Associate's degree in early childhood education and six months of qualifying child care experience or
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development or
• Bachelor's degree in a field other than early childhood education or child development and three months qualifying work experience
