The Learning Care Group Intern Experience
Our interns are given the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business. During this 10-week program, you will work collaboratively with your assigned department in effort to complete your summer project. Our interns create meaningful relationships with key employees across the company and will be entered into our Mentorship program that will allow exposure to different teams within our organization. However, it is far from all work and no play, our interns will also get the opportunity to participate in a fun summer outing and various group activities. The Talent Acquisition Intern
The Talent Acquisition Intern will be involved in a number of tasks across the department to gain exposure to the overall recruiting process for the Field and Support Central. This intern will specifically focus on creating an on-campus recruiting schedule for the 2018-2019 recruiting season, along with numerous tasks involving employee referrals, the TA playbook, and employment brand initiative. This role will build key relationships with diverse groups and organizations and expand efforts to attract the top talent to Learning Care Group!

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in accredited University or College
• Excellent customer service and foll ow-up skills with both internal and external customers.Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) in the English language
• Must have knowledge and understanding of all current state and local regulations.
• Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
