The Learning Care Group Intern Experience
Our interns are given the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business. During this 10-week program, you will work collaboratively with your assigned department in effort to complete your summer project. Our interns create meaningful relationships with key employees across the company and will be entered into our Mentorship program that will allow exposure to different teams within our organization. However, it is far from all work and no play, our interns will also get the opportunity to participate in a fun summer outing and various group activities. The Communications Intern
The Communications Intern will be involved in keys tasks such as: Intranet administration, writing research articles, supporting the LCG Messenger App, and editing Support Central Communications. This intern will assist with the development of business requirements for new employee app/collaboration tools. For the main project, this intern will focus on researching social platforms for company use (Slack, etc.) presenting best option for our office.

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in accredited University or College
• Excellent customer service and foll ow-up skills with both internal and external customers.Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) in the English language
• Must have knowledge and understanding of all current state and local regulations.
• Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
