Our ideal candidate must have:
Must have experience in French Language instruction
Expertise in literacy development
Advanced Mastery of the French Language in all domains
Additionally
Understanding of how to integrate World language and Literacy standards
Ability and experience developing learning paths for students based on need and readiness
Ability and experience with competency/proficiency based learning
Ability to provide and help teams build inquiry based, real-world activities for students
Progress-monitoring, as well as other adaptive, online programs and tools
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Ability to differentiate for varied readiness-levels within a class
