Description:
Licensed Science Teacher is a part-time position for the 2018-19 school year. Candidate must have strong content and pedagogical knowledge. Endorsement in more than one science discipline is preferred. Sections available in biology, chemistry and/or physics; teaching load will be formulated based on the qualifications and strengths of candidate.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator's License with Science-Biology, Science-Physics, Science-Chemistry, or Science-Earth & Space Science endorsement (or qualified to teach either all levels of Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or Earth Science). Teaching experience preferred (including AP courses) as is the ability to teach in more than one science discipline.
