Qualifications:
K-9 or K-12 Bilingual (Spanish) AND ESL endorsements REQUIRED

Job related experience as a bilingual and/or ESL teacher is REQUIRED

Master's degree in Bilingual Education or Curriculum and Instruction preferred

Spanish speaking preferred

Minimum of five (5) years of successful bilingual and/or ESL teaching experience, dual language experience preferred

Previous coaching or teacher leadership experience

Strong understanding of pedagogy and instructional design

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage completing tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions

Calm, patient, and positive demeanor

Creative problem-solver; ability to adapt and learn quickly

Excellent communication skills, and in multiple formats (multimedia, face-to-face, etc.)

Eager to take a leadership role and empower others to do the same

Compensation and Benefits:
Minimum starting salary with Bachelors degree:
$48,226 (includes District paid TRS pension)
Minimum starting salary with Masters degree:
$52,566 (includes District paid TRS pension)
