4. All Teacher positions are now available on our online Teacher Application. Educators interested in joining us for the upcoming school year should begin the application process.
Under the Certification page choose:

• State: PA
• License Type: PA Vocational Instructional 7-12
• License Status: Certification in Progress
• Content Area: Choose your Specialty from the Vocational options in the drop down
• Expires: Type in 8/31/2019
• Certification Image: Upload a Word document detailing where you are in the process of becoming certified in Pennsylvania. Be sure to include your Specialty.

Select applicants will be invited to participate in the interview process. Successful candidates are then eligible to be site selected at a school. Note: Being successful in the interview process qualifies you for a position, but does not guarantee you one. Hiring and placements are based on District needs.
5. Before a candidate can be placed in a position, all necessary HR documentation including, but not limited to, Criminal History Check, Child Abuse clearance, FBI clearance, and School Personnel Health Record, must be provided. Please visit our Hiring Documents page to see what clearances and paperwork are required for hire.
6. Candidates must also register to take the Occupational Competency Assessment (OCA) through Temple.

Additional Job Information: Interviews may be conducted to determine how well a candidate meets the established criteria. Note that not all qualified candidates may be selected for an interview. Additional factors including the ability to follow directions, punctuality and professional conduct will be considered in part of the evaluation process. The selected candidate must have no anecdotal record on file and have not been subject to any disciplinary action within the past eighteen (18) months, and have an excellent record of attendance and punctuality during the last three (3) years (defined as no more than eighteen (18) occasions of lateness or absence for personal illness in the last three years (3) years with the exception of one extended long-term absence.
