    Reports To: Building Principal

    BASIC FUNCTION/PURPOSE
    To assist and support in the daily operation of the school.

    The employee performing the duties of this position is frequently required to walk, sit, talk, hear, bend, stoop, and reach. The employee may be occasionally required to manually lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds. The employee is required to interact with staff and meet the demands of several different people. The employee is responsible for the work output of others. The employee occasionally works extended hours. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Supervision of bus students and associated transportation concerns.
    2. Coordinate and oversees the referrals, evaluation, staffing and placement of special education students.
    3. Oversees the selection of the lunchroom and playground aides. Supervises and evaluates their performance.
    4. Supervises the breakfast and lunchroom.
    5. Help design and monitor building MTSS plans.
    6. Help lead staff development initiatives.
    7. Help design and implement communication plan with the entire school community.
    8. Assists and coordinates other tasks and duties at the direction of the building principal.
    9. Duties may change at the discretion of the building principal.
    Term of Employment: 10.5 Months

    Salary Range: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

    Evaluation Frequency: Job performance will be evaluated a minimum of 2 times per year.
