The Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager will focus on conducting safety audits within school centers to ensure that each center within Arizona is compliant with all required state licensing and health/safety requirements set by the state and Learning Care Group. The Compliance Manager will also act as a liaison with the Licensing Agency and keep the District Manager and Regional Manager appraised of all findings during audits.

The Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager will focus on conducting safety audits within school centers to ensure that each center within Arizona is compliant with all required state licensing and health/safety requirements set by the state and Learning Care Group. The Compliance Manager will also act as a liaison with the Licensing Agency and keep the District Manager and Regional Manager appraised of all findings during audits.
Other tasks include:
- Partner with District Manager on responses to licensing violations issued to schools.
- Keep District Manager and Regional Manager updated on all licensing and health and safety issues found within schools.
- Stay current on all state licensing and health and safety requirements within state and company
- Must meet state licensing requirements for Program Director level candidate
- 3-5 years of experience within education industry
- 90% travel via car, also may include monthly travel to Tuscon
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills with both internal and external customers.
- Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines
