POSITION: Dual Language Immersion Teacher (Spanish)
LOCATION: Spring Creek Elementary School
SALARY: $43,625 minimum; actual salary depends on education and experience
CONTRACT: 185-day contract
START DATE: August 2018
CLOSING DATE: March 25, 2018

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must hold, or be eligible to hold, a certificate issued by the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board with an endorsement as an elementary teacher. The successful candidate will also need to be instructionally fluent in Spanish. Other desired qualifications include: willingness to be a team player and work in a team setting; willingness and ability to teach in core curricular programs and collaborate with a grade level team to integrate social studies, science and health into the curriculum; willingness to participate in various trainings; the ability to differentiate instruction in both small group and whole group settings; able to teach to standards and benchmarks; creative; organized; energetic; sense of humor; willingness to serve on school and district committees; high, realistic expectations for students; love of children; good communication skills; and strong classroom management skills.
