POSITION TITLE: Mathematics Specialist Coach
FLSA: Exempt
Reports to: K-5 Mathematics Department Head & Building Principal
Terms of Employment: 184 day work year. Benefits and salary in accordance with the LEA Unit A collective bargaining agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Appropriate MA DESE licensure in Mathematics (1-6)
- Possess strong communication skills, and e xperience working collaboratively on a highly productive team
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional growth
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Mathematics Specialist Coach will collaborate as part of the K-5 Mathematics Department to develop curriculum and professional learning opportunities at the system level and provide embedded professional learning at the building level through coaching.
