Qualifications/Certifications:
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Focuses on full life cycle recruitment for a world class candidate experience and partners across the District to develop and execute strategies to source, attract, onboard, and retain high quality talent for instructional, administrative leadership, professional, and support positions. In addition to talent acquisition activities, the senior level technical Human Resources Recruiter also coordinates and executes campus recruiting efforts and other HR / talent related processes (i.e. ROI reporting, vacancy reporting, talent screening, time to fill, hiring manager training, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED: BA/BS (Major in Business, Human Resources, IO Psychology or closely related preferred), Three (3) years of verifiable and closely related experience required.
PREFERRED/DESIRED: MA/MS preferred. Five (5) years of verifiable and closely related experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
REQUIRED: Valid Driver's License.
PREFERRED/DESIRED: PHR or SHRM-CP or higher desired, STA (Strategic Talent Acquisition) or similar.
