Candidates must hold valid NYS Teaching Certification in one of the CTE areas. Technology certification is preferred.
*Design and implement STEM curriculum focused on the interdisciplinary instruction of-science, technology, engineering and mathematics
*Provide students with real-world project based learning opportunities
*Provide career exploration opportunities in STEM
*Collaborate with Science and Math teachers to design collaborative learning opportunities
*Experience in Robotics and Engineering preferred
*Knowledge of and ability to implement strategies designed to address the needs of diverse learners
*Experience utilizing formative assessments to inform instructional decision-making
*Knowledge of and ability to implement positive effective classroom management strategies aligned with a PBIS model
*Contribute to the school community beyond the classroom
