Ina School Education Manager, we look for committed individuals who want to makea difference in the lives of young children and their families, whileeffectively and efficiently running all School operations. • Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Be responsible for staying up-to-date on company program offerings and ensures school operates with the most up-to-date curriculum/program expectations.

• Promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice in educational programs for the communities that we service.
• Recruit, select and retain quality staff.
• Help achieve profitability for the company.

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet thefollowing requirements, including:

· Must meet state licensing requirements for education andexperience.
· Must meet all quality rating standards as it relates toeducation and experience as set forth by the state and accreditation agent.
· Must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in EarlyChildhood Education, Early Elementary or related field.
· Must have at least two (2) years of experience in an earlychildhood program with at least two (2) years as a lead teacher.

Preferred:
· Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, EarlyElementary or related field.
· One (1) year of management experience.
