Qualifications:

• New Jersey Teacher of English certification
• Highly qualified Teacher Status
• Knowledge of the NJCCCS, the Common Core Standards, Mandated State Testing
• Ability to engage students in learning
• Excellent classroom management skills and technology skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity and good moral character
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, learning assessments and research related to learning.
• Technology skills preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
