Sr Software Engineer - 4 month contract About this role....
Are you a Senior Software Engineer that's looking to bring your skills to your next project? to Do you like taking ownership of a project and leading by example? If so, NWEA has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Software Engineer.
In this role, you'll be focused on the client side, using JavaScript and Angular 1.
To be a success in this role, you must be adaptable to changing technology environments, and work collaboratively with all participants in a software development project.

Must haves...

• Experience developing Client-side Angular 1 JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS Lambdas
• Experience working in a TDD, where unit testing is standard practice.
• Comfortable working in a full-stack development environment.

• Excellent object-oriented design & programming skills
• Experience working in a collaborative team of application developers and source code repositories
• Willingness to take ownership of a project and show your leadership skills

Education and experience...
• 4 - 7 plus years of progressive experience in a software development environment in high growth technology companies
• Proven experience working across multiple tiers of an application, including a database, network, operating system, and containers.
• Experience with AWS is a huge plus.
