DESCRIPTION: Perform routine cleaning duties and does related work as required.
REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with building cleaning supplies and equipment. Must have the ability to understand and follow simple written and oral directions.
Work can include but not limited to the following:
- sweep and mop floors
- wash windows, blackboards, and lavatory fixtures
- dust woodwork, furniture, and other articles
- replenishes lavatory supplies
- strip and wax floors
- vacuum carpets
- replaces light bulbs
- shovel snow
- sets temperature controls (thermostats) as assigned
