Graphic Designer

Role Mission:

IDEA's Graphic Designer is responsible for stewarding IDEA's brand through the conceptualization, design, execution, and production of design services. S/he will support print and online organizational requests with a firm understanding of user experience and user centered design. The Graphic Designer will work on the Marketing and Communications Team under the advisement of the Creative Services Manager.

Enhance the IDEA brand by:

• Fulfilling a multitude of creative requests such as invitation design, flyers, web graphics, social media graphics, PowerPoint slide decks for presentations, logos, photo editing and more.
• With the Creative Services Manager, survey creative materials and make regular updates to IDEA Essentials.
• This includes, but is not limited to IDEA's PowerPoint template(s), newsletter templates for campuses, business card design, and more.

• Understanding our different audiences found in our different regions
• Developing supporting marketing collateral. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Digital Advertising
• Print Advertising
• TV Ads
• Direct Mail
• Brochures
• Flyers
• Emails
• Video graphics
• Participate in and understand market analysis and iterate in a timely manner.

• Understanding our different audiences found in our different regions
• Developing supporting marketing collateral. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Digital Advertising
• Print Advertising
• TV Ads
• Direct Mail
• Brochures
• Flyers
• Emails
• Video graphics

• Participate in and understand market analysis and iterate in a timely manner.

• Developing environmental graphics and signage standards that include:
• Interior school signage
• Exterior school signage
• Wayfinding signage
